Sending HTML emailers via Outlook
The instructions below are for later versions of Microsoft Outlook, other versions generally require the same procedure and information although the exact menu positions and button names may vary slightly.
Creating the file on your PC
We will supply a HTML emailer in a compressed folder (zip) format to keep all the images together on your system. Using your normal method of viewing your files and expanding zip folders, you first need to expand the zipped file into:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery
Sending/Accessing your HTML mailer
To access the HTML emailer you should then open Microsoft Outlook and select from the menu:
Actions > New Mail Message Using > More Stationery...
... and select from the files available the HTML emailer required.
